Tim Myers - Love Is A Funny Thing

Love can make my heart feel brand new

And love can make it deep dark blue

In winter summer fall or spring

Love is a funny thing

One day I got hands here to hold

And then I'm left out in the cold

Like a puppet on a string

Love is a funny thing

I wake up in the dead of night

Sitting here wondering why

I gave you my everything

Love is a funny thing

Can it start before it ends?

Are we meant to be just friends?

One day I'm down

The next I dream

Love is a funny thing

Making up and breaking up and

Making out and checking out

Is that what love is all about?

I wish it was a simple thing

Love is a funny thing
