Robb Benson & The Shelk - Let Them Eat Cake

Written from the poetry of Liz McDonald
Robb I was feeling way down about the loss of my close family friend and I knew my step father had only days to live, then i remembered a week or so before my friend Liz had given me a poem about loss, at the time it was a great poem but didn't really feel like a song to me Then with the situation I was in, it hit me very hard
This a mourning song, a song that I hope will help others who are going through this very difficult process to go inward and reflect on the love they have had for someone they have lost
I would like to dedicate this song to Ken Swartfager, Louis D Andersen, and Joe Mantello, May you all Rest In Peace
